Therapy for anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and healing from religious harm.
with Sharlie Patch-Sablan, LMHC
I know what it’s like to feel stuck—caught between who you’ve been and who you want to become. Therapy can be a space to sort through that. I specialize in working with people navigating anxiety, grief, religious harm, and identity exploration. Together, we’ll look at the systems you’ve been shaped by and the stories you’ve been told. We’ll explore how those stories impact your relationships, your self-worth, and your sense of direction. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, define what healing looks like for you, and find clarity in the process.
My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in insight and self-compassion. We’ll work together at your pace, using approaches that respect your lived experience and personal values.
I work with people who are:
Struggling with anxiety, overthinking, or feeling overwhelmed
Questioning their faith or recovering from religious trauma
Navigating grief or major life transitions
Exploring identity around gender, sexuality, or culture
Feeling lost in relationships or uncertain about how to move forward
Seeking freedom from self-doubt or shame
Providing in-office therapy for residents of Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, & Noblesville.
Virtual therapy is available for those living throughout Indiana
