EMDR Therapy

A gentle, body-based approach to healing trauma, anxiety, and stuck emotional patterns.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful therapy method that supports healing from painful memories, limiting beliefs, and persistent emotional triggers—without requiring a deep dive into every detail. Whether the pain comes from a single traumatic event or the weight of chronic stress, EMDR can help the brain and body release what’s been holding you back.

EMDR intensives are an accelerated treatment process tailored to fit your needs. These are typically 3-hour sessions (with a break), twice a week for 2 weeks, with pre-intervention preparation sessions and follow-up care as needed. Sharlie provides EMDR intensives.

All EMDR services are available in-person at a private office in Indianapolis and virtually for clients located across Indiana.
