Our Story
Connected in Community was founded by Charla Yearwood, LCSW, who wanted to build the kind of community and infrastructure she needed when launching her own practice. After experiencing firsthand the challenges of finding professional, supportive, and well-equipped space for independent clinicians she created Connected in Community to give healthcare and wellness professionals the freedom to focus on their clients while enjoying the structure, professionalism, and connection that make independent practice sustainable.
